Racy, sharply focused citrus and orchard fruit flavors pick up richer pit fruit and buttery qualities with air, as well as an exotic touch of anise. Mineral-tinged finishing flavors of pear and orange peel linger with outstanding tenacity and clarity; this reminded me a lot of a high-class Chablis.
